Setting Your Intention

This is the heart of the grid.

• Quiet your mind with breathwork or a short meditation
• Ask yourself: What do I truly desire to shift, heal, or create?
• Write your intention clearly and in the present tense
  Ex: “I am attracting aligned clients to my business with ease.”
• Optional: Use an affirmation or visualization practice to empower it

Building Your Grid (Step-by-Step)

1. Cleanse your crystals – with smoke, sound, moonlight, or Reiki
2. Prepare your space – clear clutter, create a sacred atmosphere
3. Place your grid base – align with cardinal directions if desired
4. Place the centre stone – represents the main energy or goal
5. Add surrounding stones – radiate outward with balance and symmetry. Trust your intuition!
6. Place amplifier stones (if used) – to boost energy flow. Selenite is great for this to amplify and recharge all your stones in your grid.
7. Activate the grid–
   • Use a clear quartz point or your palm chakra
   • Start at the centre, draw energetic lines connecting stones, or simply spiral over your grid.
   • Visualize light flowing between crystals

Maintaining and Working with Your Grid

• Leave it in place for at least 21 days or a full moon cycle
• Meditate near the grid if you wish
• Speak affirmations daily
• Re-energize with intention or Reiki as needed
• Cleanse once a week (especially during full moon or after heavy emotional use)

Advanced Techniques
