Enhance the energy flow from and to your palm chakras. Frequently used in Reiki, chakra balancing, meditation, and energy grounding. Some practitioners associate the left hand with receiving/charging energy and the right hand with projecting/releasing energy. Very effective for distant energy healing as well.
