Reiki Level 1 Certification -This course will certify you in the Usui System of Reiki Healing. It will also include the foundations meant to give you the wisdom and knowledge of your energy body; chakras, meridians, and aura field. This class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving Reiki using all the hand positions for self -treatment and different exercises to feel into your energy and the energy of others. I believe as you dive deep into working with the universal energies or the universe it is just as important to know how to call in your Spirit Team aka Angels, guides, ancestors, and all beings of light, as well as how the universe communicates with you and through you always.
